Every Day it is an absolute tonic walking in Churchill Gardens, alongside the River Avon, in Salisbury. There is so much to see and do for every age group and animal lover and no two days are the same but today something was very different. Amongst the giant willows past the slide on the hill a a dark shape stood which was causing some alarm! Out of their 4 x 4's men leapt into action with sticks to try and contain the situation....walkers leashed their dogs and children were lifted to safety but the dark shape just turned to cast a glance at what the fuss was all about! After all there's nothing quite like chewing the cud in peace, musing about the Autumn colour, reflecting on life where the grass is greener - it's an absolute tonic for a cow in Churchill Gardens.
