Thruxton Photographers Day

After the success of the first Thruxton Experience VIP Photographers Day, at the British Touring Car Championship, we now have a second day for the first weekend of June.

On the 1st/2nd June the Trucks hit Thruxton!

Apart from the steaming, smoking, tyre shredding. The programme also includes the first round of the new Thruxton Formula Ford 1600 series, Dunlop Production Touring Car Trophy and the and Pickup Trucks.

All attendees will receive a weekends ticket, including paddock passes. Additional tickets and passes can be bought for the Saturday for family and friends.

The Sunday is when the workshop starts, with full use of the Thruxton Suite. Additional tickets, launch and days use of the Thruxton Suite can also be bought (this does not give trackside access) for family and friends.

Space is limited to 6 people only for the Photographers Day.

Thruxton photography workshop

A fantastic opportunity to photograph at one of the UK`s fastest circuits. You will receive the full VIPtreatment, special track access around the circuit and use of the Thruxton Suite.

The Thruxton Suite will lay on lunch, refreshments and afternoon tea and will be your base for the day, with a secure place to leave your bags and laptop.

You will receive lots of one-to-one tuition with tips and tricks through out the day, and have access to areas of the circuit you could never photograph from before.
And we can return to the Thruxton Suite to upload your images to your laptop and to review your images and your progress.

If the event or meeting is over a weekend, you will receive the Saturday entry included in the price, this includes paddock transfer, courtesy of Thruxton Race Circuit. So you will have a whole weekend of racing, plus the workshop on day two.

There is no time restriction out on the track (only an hours break for lunch), from the first race of the day till the last, the day is yours. So you can get the most from your day`s photography at Thruxton.
All I ask is that you turn up early, so that we can prepare you and have a safety briefing.

Regards,
Tim Surman.
