Can you help this man about a statue in Salisbury in 1999?

Man with Arms Open
I am involved with the Salisbury Civic Society, which is considering a project to try to raise the funding to buy a new casting of a statue called the Man with Arms Open. This was in Salisbury market place, specifically on the NE corner of the Guildhall Square, as part of a Festival exhibition called Shape of the Century, in 1999. The exhibition ran from May 21st to August 19th that year.

We have photos, such as the one attached, showing the statue in its subsequent location at Canary Wharf, but one showing it in position in Salisbury would be very useful. The fact that it has previously been here, and was very popular (there was a campaign, unfortunately unsuccessful, to raise the money to buy it for the city) is a good argument in favour of bringing it back.

I have not so far managed to track a photo down, and was wondering if the Camera Club might be in a position to contact its members, to see if any of them have photos of the statue which they took in 1999? The idea is going to a committee of the city council on February 8th, with a request for it to agree to the principle of providing a site for the statue, and obtaining a photo for that meeting would be very useful. However if the committee is in favour, and initial soundings have been positive, being able to come up with a photo even after that date could be highly beneficial.

Many thanks
