BIRD PHOTOGRAPHY Friday 8th February 2013

This day will be filled with information on bird photography as well as plenty of time to put new ideas into practice in the bird hides. The small group will meet at 09.00 at The Happy Return for coffee, flapjacks and introductions. Colin will begin the day giving instruction and demonstration on some of the techniques of bird photography followed by a practical session. After a light lunch the group will be able to continue honing their skills in one of the bird hides. Colin will be on hand all day to assist and answer any questions that may arise. Later in the afternoon, when the light fades, there will be a warming tea and a chance to discuss the successes of the day. Weather permitting, there could be an opportunity for nocturnal wildlife after tea. Delegates will be given Colin’s latest fact sheet on bird photography. This programme can run in either wet or sunny conditions, but if the weather is wet then extra precautions will need to be taken with photographic equipment.

Once you have signed up, and nearer the time, Colin will advise you on what to bring, the equipment you will need and give you a more detailed programme for the day.

If you would like to join us for the day, please check by e-mail or telephone in the first instance, that there are places still available, then fill in the form below and return it to:
